Dr. Jessica Young Brown is an Organizational Health Consultant & Licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice, and provides education and consultation to churches and community organizations on mental health, trauma, race and racism, and organizational dynamics. In her clinical practice, Dr. Brown focuses on women’s issues and relational concerns, and spiritual integration. She has a focus on training mental health professional and agencies on the impact of racism and race-related trauma, as well as shifting organizational dynamics and agency policies to support a more inclusive culture.

Jessica is a sophisticated, bold, and passionate Kingdom woman who desires to show up in christian spaces & secular industries to educate, empower, and elevate the minds of people and organizations. As we began to work together on developing her brand, we choose sophisticated colors that represent transformation and freedom, wellness, and therapeutic spaces.
